One of our business customers kindly nominated us in the chauffeuring category as a surprise, so we were thrilled when we received an email in December last year to say we’d made the shortlist.
After our nomination there was a dedicated 8 week research stage which involved our performance being carefully evaluated - looking at our business methods, customer feedback, innovation, and commitment to our profession.
The UK Transport Awards say: “Our aim is to reward and acknowledge those companies who have gone above and beyond to enable us all to travel with ease and comfort. You can imagine how pleased we were to find out this morning, that not only had the judging panel awarded us the title of ‘Best Luxury Chauffeur Service’ but due to our extensive personal and heartfelt testimonials and Facebook reviews about our service levels, they’d also chosen us for their ‘Customer Service Excellence’ award for the Yorkshire area. What an amazing start to our week!
