In May we were booked by the lovely bride Fiona, to chauffeur her groom Graeme, his best man and usher to their wedding ceremony at the Parsonage in York, North Yorkshire.

The Parsonage Hotel and Spa is one of our favourite traditional wedding venues in York. It was built in the 1840's so is steeped in history and the building still has many of its beautiful original features. It is also the perfect backdrop for wedding photos, as it's surrounded by six acres of woodland and gardens.

Chauffeuring to Hazlewood Castle

Last month we were delighted to be booked to chauffeur a party of three to Hazlewood Castle near Leeds, West Yorkshire. The booking was for a surprise birthday celebration and included a return trip later that afternoon.

There's something very rewarding about chauffeuring for special occasions and particularly being involved in a surprise. It was a fantastic day out for our passengers who enjoyed the comforts of our luxury chauffeur car for each journey with complimentary soft drinks, pampering at the historic medieval castle's spa and some great weather too.

Our New Jaguar XF Sport

We've had some great feedback about our wedding chauffeuring service, with many couples saying how pleased they were to find an attractive and modern white wedding car in Yorkshire, for such a competitive price.

Our wedding chauffeuring service has grown in popularity and due to this we are expanding our wedding fleet and have purchased a stunning white Jaguar XF Sport.

One of the reasons we originally chose our existing wedding car was due to its heritage and luxury styling. The Jaguar brand also boasts a prestigious reputation, and their vehicles have been engineered and built in Britain since the 1930s.

Our new Jaguar will be driven by your personal chauffeur Keren, also a partner in the Nostell Chauffeur Company, who will be upholding our excellent standards in professional driving and customer service.

Themed Pontefract Town Hall Wedding

All of our wedding chauffeuring packages include ribbon and bow decoration in your wedding colour and we recently had a special request for not one, but three wedding colours.

The bride-to-be got in touch with us to ask if we could do something special with the ribbon decoration, to represent her Jamaican rasta theme wedding. We were more than happy to oblige and decorated the car with vibrant yellow bonnet ribbons, and then put together a multi-bow of yellow, green and red for the front of the car, and the two front side doors.

We chauffeured the groom and bride to the ceremony at Pontefract Registry Office in separate journeys, and waited with the wedding car during the ceremony. Post-ceremony the couple took advantage of the sunny day and had some photos outside Pontefract Town Hall, and after that were chauffeured to their reception venue in Ackworth, West Yorkshire.

All in all a perfect day for a wedding and we'd like to offer our congratulations to newlyweds Catherine and Alex, and thank them for booking our Mercedes wedding car for their special day.
